2025 Company Outing

A night at Busch Stadium

At Dale Koontz Builder, we believe that a strong team doesn’t just happen—it’s built with intention. Our focus is always on delivering quality work and building lasting relationships with our clients, but we also recognize the importance of team building among our crew and setting a positive cultural experience on our jobsites. That's why we encourage team building on and off the clock. 

This year we took time outside of work to connect, relax, and have fun together. Saturday, July 26 we traveled to St. Louis to catch a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium. It was a great evening filled with food, drinks, and baseball—but even better was the opportunity to spend time with our current team, their spouses, and even a few old friends. It was plenty hot, but the air conditioned suite was a popular hangout spot!
