Celebrating 51 Years in Business

March 1, 2024 will be the 51st anniversary of Dale Koontz - Builder!

To celebrate, the company will be hosting a Founders' Day Breakfast for its subcontractor and vendor partners.  There will be a review of the last year and summary of projects completed.  An annual award will be given to the Partner of the Year - the vendor or subcontractor who exemplifies Dale Koontz's qualities of Professionalism, Integrity and Craftsmanship.

"As owners, we think it's important to thank our partners for their contribution to our success," said Scott Koontz, "because we really couldn't make these projects come to life without the help of many different people."

The company was founded in 1973 by Dale and Donna Koontz, with one employee.  Today it has grown to employ 24 people, and has spun off a sister company - Koontz Properties - that owns and manages 210 rental units in the Quincy and Hannibal markets.
