Adding to Area Housing Stock

New Units under construction in Hannibal, Mt Sterling next

The news is awash with stories about how there are not enough livable homes for rent, or for sale.  Dale Koontz - Builder is trying to improve that situation with 2 upcoming projects.

In Hannibal, we are constructing 8 more apartments for our sister company - Koontz Properties.  These units will each have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and in-unit laundry with an attached 1 car garage.  The brand new apartments at Vista Way are located just west of Lowe's on Stardust Drive.  More information is available at https://koontzproperties.com

Additionally, we will be heading to Mt.
