New home for sale in Tuscany subdivision

There has been talk by local officials and business leaders that Quincy does not have enough available housing.  We are doing what we can to put a dent in that!  Dale Koontz - Builder has just broken ground on a new home for sale at 1519 S. 38th in Quincy.

The brand new home will have 2013 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  there will be a covered front porch and the house will have a brick veneer with James Hardie siding.  There will be a full basement that will be suitable for future finished space if the buyer should desire that.
