Hannibal Apartments Ahead of Schedule

Vista Way Units could be ready in March

Motorists heading west down Stardust Drive from Lowe's or WalMart in Hannibal have been watching the construction of new apartments.  If they watch carefully, they will see that these new rental units are moving rapidly toward completion.

"Due to the mild winter we've had so far, and the productivity of our crews, we are making really good time" says Scott Koontz, Managing Member of Koontz Properties.  Originally slated for occupancy in the Summer of 2023, Koontz says that units now could be ready as early as March of 2023.  "We've already taken calls from people that are interested, and even have a couple units spoken for" says Koontz.

The new Vista Way Apartments will all have 2 bedrooms, with 1 bathroom.  Units include a 1 car attached garage and in-unit laundry rooms.
