Solving the Housing Shortage?

Well...maybe not. But making a dent

Dale Koontz - Builder has broken ground on the first units for a new apartment complex in Hannibal, MO.  The Vista Way apartments will be along Stardust Drive, just west of Munger Lane - not far from Lowe's and WalMart in Hannibal.  This property will be owned and professionally managed by our sister company Koontz Properties. There has been widespread media attention given to the fact that there is a shortage of available homes to buy (compared to those looking for homes) and a shortage of available apartments to rent (compared to those seeking rental housing).  While adding 52 units over the course of the next few years won't solve the problem, we hope to make a small dent!
