2 Subdivisions close to sales - but other options remain

Dale Koontz - Builder is pleased to announce that we have sold the last lots available in 2 different subdivisions.  The Cambridge subdivision near 36th and Harrison is now fully sold, with residents moving in to the last house there earlier this spring.

Also, we have just signed a purchase agreement for the sale of the final lot that was available in the Trinity Lakes subdivision on the east side of Quincy, off of 48th Street.  Construction on that home will hopefully begin in 2023.

If you are seeking a building lot in Quincy, there is still hope!  We have 2 options for home buyers searching for land: First, there is the Tuscany Fields subdivision near 38th and Harrison.  In this community, Dale Koontz - Builder is the exclusive builder of all homes.  Another option is our Drakewood (3rd addition) Subdivision on the north side of Quincy, between 24th and 30th, just south of Koch's Lane.  There are multiple available lots on this new addition to the established Drakewood neighborhood.  Here you can pick your lot and pick your builder.
