Welcoming New Members to the Team

New Property Manager and Carpenter join Koontz Builder

Dale Koontz - Builder is pleased to announce that we have recently added 2 people to our team of professionals.

Jenny Shepherd is the new Rental Property Manager for Koontz Properties.  In her role, Jenny will be the main point of contact for tenants of our nearly 200 rental units.  She will also be the friendly voice on the phone for the folks seeking to find a place in Quincy.  Jenny is a graduate of Quincy High; she is married with 2 children - both of whom she watches on the soccer field for QHS.

Rodney Jones is joining the Koontz team as a Carpenter.  Rodney hails originally from Colorado, and ran his own remodeling business in Kansas.  After moving to Quincy for family reasons, we are happy to add his experience to our staff.  Rodney is a veteran in masonry, carpentry and many areas of remodeling.
