Happy Holidays Ahead?

Polishing our crystal ball

In conversations with clients, interested parties and other business owners around the Quincy area, one of the most frequent questions we are asked is some form of "what do you think lies ahead of us in business?"

Reflecting on the colossal upheaval created over the last 2 years by the Covid-19 situation, most of us have given up on predicting the future - however, we can boldly make a few statements that we know to be true:

• Certain materials will be hard to come by for a while
• The prices of most items will be at least as much in the months ahead as they are today
• Whining about what has gone wrong won't create solutions

If 2020 was the year of "Covid turned into a surprisingly good year for construction", then 2021 has become a year of "we sure didn't realize it would be so hard to get things!" and we have spent a lot of time learning about how to make due without things we would normally have.

The good thing about humans is that we are quite adaptable.  In business and in life we figure out how to adjust to new information and new situations.  We at Dale Koontz - Builder are making the most of a difficult situation.  If you are wondering whether or not your project can be done and what it may cost to do - just ask us.
