Recent customer feedback is a chance to recognize high performance

If you're anything like us, you have been given many opportunities to "Rate the Service" provided by everyone from your dentist to your most recent trip to Walmart.  There is a reason that companies want to hear from their customers: it's the quickest way to receive real feedback from the people your business serves.

If we miss the mark, our customers will let us know.  Thankfully, most of the time we hit our customers' targets and when we do, many of our clients are kind enough to fill out one of our post-job surveys.  Recently we received feedback from Don and Barb about a deck project that we did.  Here's what they had to say:
