Expansion of Drakewood Subdivision

New building lots available soon on Quincy's north side

Dale Koontz - Builder, Inc. is proud to announce that new building lots will be available soon in the Phase III expansion of Quincy's Drakewood Subdivsion.

There will be 17 available lots; some are flat and some will be able to accommodate daylight basements.  This is an extension of the Drakewood subdivsion, just south of the Knapheide Manufacturing complex near 24th and Kochs Lane.

Families have enjoyed the Drakewood neighborhood for years and we are excited that interest is high in these new lots.  We anticipate that by August 1 we will be able to officially offer the lots for sale.  The newly constructed Taylor Drive will connect to Parkwood Drive and Ridgecrest in Drakewood.  There will also be a connection to Northbrook Road, which leads to 24th Street.

Drakewood's quiet location and its proximity to the much used Klingner Trail make it a great place to build.  Watch our website and Facebook page for more details when these lots officially become available for sale.
