Merry Christmas

And a Happy New Year from Dale Koontz Builder!

Quincy, IL may not get the white Christmas most people wish for, but as builders we welcome the clear weather with open arms! As the year comes to a close we would like to take this time to thank our customers, staff, vendors, and everyone who helped make 2018 a success.

We were fortunate enough to complete custom homes, historic renovations, garages, decks, kitchens and bathrooms in 2018! We would not be able to take on the projects we do without our talented staff and subcontractors. Aligning ourselves with people who value producing a quality product in a professional manor has continued to be an integral part of our recipe for success. With several new homes and remodels already slated to start in 2019 we are looking forward to another busy year providing our services to those in the area.

To our valued customers we thank you for allowing us to be a part of your projects. To those of you considering a contractor, we would love the opportunity to be your partner on your new home or remodeling journey.
