Giving Thanks

A few of the things for which we are thankful

As we celebrate Thanksgiving today, it’s good and right to sit back and reflect on the many things we have to be thankful for.  This is not only true for us personally, but also a great exercise for us to do as a company.  In that spirit, we share a few of the many things for which we are thankful at Dale Koontz – Builder, Inc.:

For customers who value professional service; knowing that we solved a problem or made a dream come to life for one of our customers is a gratifying feeling – and it makes coming to work each day worthwhile.

For our parents; Dale and Donna Koontz set this business on the right course from day 1 in 1973.  Without their hard work, guidance and examples we would not be where we are today!

For our team; from Dave Tieman (who has been here since day 1) to the newest team member, these are the people that get it done.  We are proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with these craftsmen and support staff as we take plans and turn them into reality.  If you don’t enjoy the people you work with it can be tough – we are blessed to have such a great group of people working with us here.

For our city and this area; the Quincy region has been very good to us over the years.  People here love their town and support important causes every day of the year.  This is a terrific place to do business.

Obviously, this list could go on and on.  I only hope that you get a chance to take a moment today and thank the good Lord for all the things you’re thankful for.  We will…
