How's Business?

Here's a brief answer to a question we frequently get asked

A common question we get when we are out and about is “How’s business?”  Well, let me tell you…

The first 6 months of 2017 have been very good to Dale Koontz Builder.  We are putting the wraps on a custom home in Missouri and we have 2 more foundations in the ground for homes – one in Quincy and one near Kellerville.  Our Quincy home is in the Cambridge subdivision near 36^th and Harrison and it is For Sale.  If you could see yourself in a new home on the southeast side of Quincy, you should contact our office at (217) 228-1117 for details.

We have also been very busy on the remodeling side of our business, completing numerous additions, kitchens and baths in the last 6 months.  In addition to the remodeling, our crews have completed 4 new rental units for our sister company, Koontz Properties.  An extra 8 units are under construction at the new Northfield Apartments, next to the new school site on North 12^th Street. 

Sadly, we have had a couple employees who are leaving us.  Ethan Wellman and Alfredo Vidal have accepted new jobs in different cities and we wish them well in their new adventures.  This does mean that we have our “We are Hiring” signs out in full force.  If you know someone that would be interested in working for a professional building company, have them contact us at (217) 228-1117.
