Dale Koontz - Builder celebrating 44th Anniversary on 3/1/17

On Wednesday, March 1 Dale Koontz - Builder will celebrate its 44th Anniversary.  The occasion will be marked by a breakfast for all 25 of the company's employees with remarks by owners Tim and Scott Koontz.  The company will also present a check to the Quincy Public School Foundation as a donation to the Dale and Donna Koontz Circle of Investment, which supports vocational education in the Quincy school system.

"Tim and I are so proud to be able to carry on the work that my dad and mom started" says Scott Koontz.  "The fact that we have several employees with us that have more than 25 years of service is a testament to the fact that my dad was committed to taking care of the people working for him - and we have tried very hard to continue that."

Over the years, the number and types of projects have changed - 2017 will see a large number of remodeling projects, in addition to the custom homes to be built.  No matter what type of project they undertake, the core values of the company have been firm.  "My dad is known for his honesty and the quality workmanship of his projects," says Tim, "and we have always tried to operate our business in a professional manner -  these qualities are still the hallmarks of our brand: integrity, professionalism and quality craftsmanship."

Whether it's custom home building, remodeling or multi-family work the team at Dale Koontz - Builder strives to do the very best possible job they can do...just like Dale would want it.
