New apartment complex gets a name

"Northfield Apartments" should break ground later in 2016

Koontz Properties is pleased to announce that Robin Rose has submitted the winning name in our Facebook contest to name the new apartment project that we will have at 3007 N. 12th in Quincy, IL.

The "Northfield Apartments" will be 2 bedroom units, built immediately south of the recently announced site of a new Quincy Public Schools building on North 12th.  "If everything goes well, we hope to be moving dirt later this year", according to Scott Koontz, one of the owners of Koontz Properties.

As winner of the Facebook naming contest, Robin wins $100 cash!  Koontz Properties would like to thank all those who submitted suggestions.
