Welcome our new hires

Announcing 2 new hires, plus a new role for Dave Tieman

Dale Koontz Builder has hired two new field employees. Geoff Gilbert started with us March 29, 2016. He is a Quincy native and has experience with residential painting and drywall finishing.  Geoff is married and enjoys golfing when he gets the chance. We are excited to have him as a member of our finish crew!

Chris Benz started with us April 11, 2016. He graduated from Quincy University and most recently has been working at First Bankers Trust. He is excited to get back into construction, having previously worked for Dave Bellis and Home Depot.   Chris and his wife have 3 children and are expecting their 4^th later this year.

As our staff continues to grow, we have had the opportunity to create new positions within our company. Dave Tieman, who has been with the company since the very beginning, will be shifting from a field position to Job Superintendent. He will be overseeing our field staff and helping to make sure that we continue in our goal to provide the very best service possible.
