The Most Wonderful Time of the Year

Koontz Builder team celebrates a great 2013

It truly is a wonderful time of the year, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have made 2013 a terrific year for the Dale Koontz Builder team.

As always, it begins with our customers.  Again this year we have enjoyed working with a variety of people on a wide range of products.   From new custom homes to major remodels to smaller repairs, we have been able to help some great folks.

The men and women who make it all happen are our staff.  They turn lumber, drywall and paint into dreams realized!  Our crew continues to work with skill, but is always finding a way to get better, too.  We know that these craftsmen bring the plans to life.

Our long term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors were further strengthened during the last 12 months.  As the US economy continues its recovery, our area has been blessed to see plenty of people working and staying busy.  Our tradespeople continue to contribute mightily to our team of professionals, and we are grateful for the role we play.

2013 did see some changes for the Koontz team.  We added a new Director of Operations; and although we said goodbye to 1 of our good, young carpenters, we have added 4 full time field employees during the past 12 months.

Of course, business is not without its ongoing challenges, but as we review the year of 2013 we feel quite blessed.  Thanks to all who trusted us to do work for them – and to all those who helped make those projects happen.
