Koontz Builder Seeking to Hire – Operations Manager

Dale Koontz - Builder, Inc. seeks for immediate hire an individual to serve in the newly created position of Operations Manager.  The successful candidate for this position will be technologically savvy, professional in attitude and appearance, and will have the ability to organize and complete projects independently with a firm grasp of detail, even on complex projects. 

The Operations Manager will assist in the creation and refinement of systems to support the following areas of the company: Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, Project Management and Marketing. 

The position will report to the President of the company and compensation will be $40,000+ annual salary, with benefits.  There will also be performance based bonus compensation.
