Update on 1427 Tuscany Drive

Our newest home for sale in Quincy, IL moves toward completion!

As the Memorial Day weekend passes and summer gets under way, the team at Dale Koontz Builder continues to make progress on the newest home in the Tuscany subdivision.  Crews have finished all the framing and mechanical rough-in work as well as the extensive insulation package.  Drywall contractors are now hanging and finishing the drywall panels in preparation for the balance of the finish work.

The design team has made selections for cabinetry with rich wood tones complimented with quartz countertops; tile and hardwood floors have been selected and the classic 2-panel painted doors are being pre-finished at our paint shop.  Everything is coming together for what will be a beautiful new home on Quincy's southeast side!
